Kristina Echevarria

Primary Co-Lead

Kristina Echevarria is one of our 2 Primary Co-Leads. Kristina (Mrs. Kristina to her Students) studied Elementary Education at Drexel University, and Early Childhood Education at Central Texas Community College & Northern Virginia Community College. With a Montessori Infant & Toddler Certification MACTE, Early Childhood Teacher Certification MACTE, and a Montessori for Aging and Dementia Certification Mrs. Kristina is a passionate and thoughtful educator.

As a true Montessorian she believes that “Education must begin at birth.” As a former infant/toddler guide, she has enjoyed the privilege and pride of observing the child’s first mastery of a challenging task. This event is principal to the Primary classroom. Entering her third year as a Primary Co-Lead we are honored to have Mrs. Kristina here at VMS. In her free time she also enjoys traveling, hiking, paddling, gardening, spending time with her family, and continuing her education (currently enrolled at Sarasota University) pursuing a B.A. in Montessori education..
